Due to popularity of our Sakura Sake Masterclass event back in March, the masterclass is back and now available as an add-on experience to any West or East semi Private dining Room bookings for groups of up to 10 guests. The experience marks the celebration of Cherry Blossom (Sakura) Season, tradition and craftsmanship brought to you in partnership with Akashi-Tai, a Japanese brewery known for its artisanal Sake and rich family heritage.
We invite you to join a flavour filled Sake tasting masterclass between two cultures, where each sip evokes the serene landscapes of Akashi in Japan, and every bite savours the delicate flavours of Din Tai Fung.
Led by a brand ambassador of Akashi-Tai, they will guide you through the fascinating artistry and history of Toji Kimio Yonezawa and his team as they craft each sake with precision and passion. You will then be invited to experience the complex flavours and aromas of five exquisite Akashi-Tai sakes, expertly paired with the finest and delicate dishes from Din Tai Fung’s bespoke tasting menu, featuring 11 dishes.
