We’re welcoming the new season at Din Tai Fung with new additions to our menu!
New Dishes Here To Stay
Starting with four permanent additions to our menu from April 7th. Two savoury sides plus two desserts that are both crowd-pleasers and pair well with your Xiao Long Bao meal.
The comeback: Dynamite Prawns are here to stay by popular demand. Juicy prawns in a light and crispy batter, tossed in our signature creamy, spicy sauce.
The new look: Pan-fried Beef Gyoza is our revamped gyoza dish. Hand-folded by our chefs and fried to a golden brown, our gyozas are both crispy and tender with a seasoned beef filling.
The newcomer: Matcha Red Bean Pudding is our new dessert that offers a lighter finish to your meal with a silky pudding made with premium Shizuoka matcha topped with sweet, nutty red beans.
The sweet return: Chocolate & Mochi Xiao Long Bao made its mark and we listened! Our signature Xiao Long Bao reimagined as a dessert by using soft mochi as the dumpling wrapper and filled with 66% Valrhona chocolate. This is best paired with our Sea Salt Cream Dip, giving you the best of both worlds: sweet & salty.
All new dishes are now available at all of our Din Tai Fung UK branches.
Selfridges Exclusive Dishes
Also, we launched two Selfridges exclusive dishes you won’t find at our other locations from April 7th to April 30th .
The beefy revival: Beef Tenderloin With Broccoli dish is back on the menu! Made with premium Irish beef, cooked to a caramelised finish, alongside tender-crisp broccolis and bell peppers.
The umami twist: Prawn & Egg Fried Rice With XO Sauce transforms our signature Prawn & Egg Fried Rice, made with fragrant Taikeng No. 9 Taiwanese rice and Clarence Court eggs, into an umami burst of flavour.


To finish, pair these dishes with a glass of Saicho non-alcoholic Sparkling Tea for some elevated bubbles or our low-alcohol Roasted Mango Punch cocktail to add a refreshing note.
