This Lunar New Year, Din Tai Fung marks the Year of the Fire Horse with a limited-edition menu inspired by strength, warmth and abundance. Available from the 9th to the 22nd of February, the seasonal specials reflect the Fire Horse’s energetic spirit through robust proteins, warming broths and generous sharing dishes, all crafted with Din Tai Fung’s signature precision, balance and ingredient-led approach.
Limited-Edition Dishes
The Lunar New Year menu features Chicken & Prawn Tom Yum Xiao Long Bao, bringing fragrant spice to Din Tai Fung’s iconic soup dumpling craft; hand cut Soy Noodle Salad, light and delicately seasoned; Dynamite Prawns, crisp and celebratory; Prawn & Egg Fried Rice with XO Sauce, where every grain of Taikeng No.9 rice is tossed with umami XO sauce and Clarence Court free-range Leghorn white eggs; Beef Tenderloin with Broccoli, showcasing carefully sourced Irish Angus beef; and Lion’s Head Meatball Soup, slow-simmered and deeply warming.
